Statuses: every segment should be confirmed (HK). FlyTix flags waitlisted, requested, changed and cancelled segments in the checks under the tool; resolve those before the traveller sees the itinerary.
Ticketing: a confirmed reservation is not a ticket. If the traveller expects to be ticketed, check that ticket numbers are present. In the ticketed Amadeus example they come from the FA lines.
Dates and times: GDS dates have no year, and every time is local to its own airport. Check the year, and the arrival day on overnight flights (+1).
Names: the names should match the travel documents exactly. If one is wrong, the booking itself needs correcting under the airline's name-change rules; editing the formatted copy changes nothing.
References: for online check-in or calls to the airline, the traveller usually needs the airline's own booking reference, which can differ from the GDS record locator.
