Please do not send passenger data
Never email us a real PNR, passenger names, ticket numbers, passport details or payment information. We do not need them, and email is not a secure channel for them. If a display does not format correctly, replace names with SMITH/JOHN, the record locator with ABCDEF and ticket numbers with zeros, then send the redacted text.
Reporting a formatting problem
The more specific the report, the faster we can fix the parser. Please include:
- Which GDS produced the text (Amadeus or Galileo) and which display or entry.
- The redacted input, pasted as plain text rather than a screenshot.
- What FlyTix showed and what you expected to see.
- Your browser and device, if the problem is with copy, print or PDF export.
